
It’s Good to Be Bad: Monster Portraits of Villainy by Lin Workman
Something wicked this way draws …
Monsters, villains, and folks who are good at being bad will be represented in this art show of black and white airbrushed portraits by artist and FanForce member Lin Workman tonight at the Adam B. Shaw Studio from 6-10pm.
The event is free and open to the public. Costumed attire is encouraged. The studio is located at 2547 Broad Ave, Memphis.
Lin, as well as other members of the SMT, will be in attendance. We hope to see you there!

Dark Horse announced at Diamond’s Retailer Summit in Baltimore that the current Knights of the Old Republic series, written by SMT Honorary Member John Jackson Miller, will end with Issue #50.
John discusses the decision on his blog, stating that he was able to end the story the way he wanted.

Suspicious Mind Trick, or SMT, is the official FanForce chapter for the metropolitan Memphis, TN area. The chapter was established in September 2002 with one goal…to meet and interact with fans of all aspects of the Star Wars universe in our local community through an array of social and charitable events.
Costumes are not required to join the chapter or to participate in FanForce activities, but many of our members enjoy costuming for various events and are also members of the 501st and Rebel Legion.
